46. Magdalena (Magdalene) * c. 1625 + after 1661
She was the daughter of Fryderyk Wilhelm and an unidentified Cieszyn townswoman. She was most probably a posthumous child, her father dying in Cologne in 1625. That would explain why she is not mentioned in Prince Fryderyk Wilhelm's will. Princess Elżbieta Lukrecja, who assumed responsibility for her upbringing, managed to gain imperial legitimacy for her on 12 April 1640 when Magdalena received the title of Baronness von Hohenstein.
In 1643 Princess Elżbieta gave her away in marriage to Tluk, Knight Marshal of the princely court, and a member of the wealthy Cieszyn nobility. After his death Magdalena married Bernard Rudzki around 1660, from which marriage a daughter, Ewa Dorota (Eve Dorothy), was born. Nothing more is known about the illegitimate princess.
