5. Władysław (Vladislas) * before 1331 + 1355
The son of Kazimierz I and Eufemia, the daughter of Trojden I. He was brought up at the court of John of Luxembourg in Prague. He must have been on friendly terms with John of Luxembourg's son, who was to become Emperor Charles IV, and later tried to gain a benefice for Władysław. In 1354 Władysław was mentioned as a judge at the court of Emperor Charles IV. He died young, unmarried and heirless on 15 May 1355 in Pisa, where he was buried.
