A part of the west side of Demel Square. In the Schroeder family's tenement-house (nr 7) Leopold Florianek ran a grocery shop, later on also a wine-vault and a breakfast room. In 1903 Florianek also set up a branch on Saxonic Hillock street 9; he moved all his business to this site in 1910, which prospered until the first world war.
