A restaurant and Josef Handl's wine tap-room. Since the 1870's of the XlXth century the owner managed the wine trade near Arch. Stephana street, later a wine tap-room, which at the end of the XlXth century was moved to 13 Empress Elizabeth street and later on moved it into his own house at 4 Empress Elizabeth. The Handl's room was prospered until 1907.
