At Mill-Race street
At Mill-Race street (nowadays Przykopa). As early as the Middle Ages there was an artificial water-course between the citizen's walls and the Olza, which rose from Puncówka and tavelled down to Bobrówka. The rapid current of the so-called Mill-Race drove the wheels of the mill (so-called Big Mill), which can be seen on the right. One of the wickets in the town's walls and later a back-street called The Mill's Gate took their name from the mill.
