Baron George Frederick Bludowski reconstructed the former mint in 1719 into his own town seat; that's why this building is also called "Bludowski's tenement-house", which from the end of the XlXth century was owned by the Scholtis family, who charged the architect Eugen Fulda to decorate its facade.
