Demel Square (nowadays Rynek) with an exit to Arch. Stephana street. The corner classicist tenement-house of Adam Kotodziejczyk was founded in the later part of the XVIIIth century. In the picture, Arch. Stephana street is visible on the right with a tenement-house which had been set forward and the so called devil's arcades; on the opposite side, there are some houses, which were replaced by a tenement-house with the Stuks's bookshop.
