One can eat the most tasty “murzin”
because this is the name of this traditional Cieszyn piece of pastry, at Easter time. And what is behind this name? Yeast dough, shaped into a form of a small loaf, with smoked ham or a “white” sausage inside. Usually every household member, starting from the host and ending with servants, used to receive their “murzin” which they could relish to their heart’s content, together with other specialties of Cieszyn cuisine.
