The "Arch. Eugen Room" was added to the hotel building in 1891 by the builders Josef Motyka and Albert Dostal along Brewery street. There was accomodation for 450 people; it was named in honour of the Arch. Eugen Habsburg, who for three years was the commander of the Cieszyn garrison.
