The corner of Residential and Empress Elizabeth streets. The corner tenement-house belonged to Zuzanna and Jan Buzek, while on its first floor there was situated a spice shop managed by the owner. With time, the tenement-house became the property of the evangelical local administration with a boarding-school for girls (nowadays the Evangelical Society secondary school).
