The impressive decoration of the Town Council conference room includes a frieze under the ceiling consisting of 24 emblems of Cieszyn craftsman's and 39 crests of Cieszyn dukes and nobilityin low relief. The room was solemnly turned over for use on September 2, 1906 during a visit of the Emperor Francis Joseph I.
