The most outstanding work of architecture
from the beginning of the 20th century is the Theatre. It was designed in the neo-baroque style by Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer - Viennese architects of European standing and the designers of tens of theatres and palaces in Europe. The Cieszyn theatre house accommodates 630 spectators. Scenes from the films “The Land of Promise”and “Helena Modrzejewska” were filmed here.
