The Silesian Hospital was built thanks to dr Teodor Haase
The Silesian Hospital was built thanks to dr Teodor Haase, who put forward a project of building it in 1882 and who collected the funds for many years, among other things, by means of expositions in the Wester Europe and the U.S.A. A monument by Jan Raszka was unveiled at the hospital entrance in 1912.
