The south-west cross-roads of Demel Square. The former guardhouse and shopkeeper's stalls are next to the city-hall on the west side. In 1869, Gottfried Dittrich added a second floor, which was decorated with neoreneissance interior decorations. Until 1906 a district court of justice was situated in this building.
