The Square of Holy Cross. In the XVIIIth century, the adjoining house belonged to a dean Henryk Wolf, in 1730 the house was renovated by a mayor of Cieszyn Leopold Polzer. It was his grandchild, the priest Leopold Johann Scherschnik, who was born here in 1747, who founded the oldest public museum and library in Silesia.
