The Three Brothers' Well
The Three Brothers' Well; this well, which was called “Brotherly" due to this fact of its situation in the adjoining cloister gardens of the Dominican brothers, was in existence in the XVth century. The legend about a meeting of the brothers Bolek, Leszek and Cieszek in 810, who were the founders of Cieszyn, originated at the beginning of the XlXth century. The cast-iron Neo-Gothic bower and the plates with the legend written in Polish, Latin and German was attached to the well in 1868.
